  • 1 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • 3 cups medium conchas shells
  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup White Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 3/4 cup Frozen carrots
  • Salt And Pepper to taste
  • 3 Bay Leaves

Step by step instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add garlic, onion, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and crumbled.
