Ingredients

  • tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Fresh Oregano, Chopped
  • Salt And Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Top Sirloin Steak
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 ⅓ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion, Cut Into 1-inch Pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill and lightly grease it. In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, red wine vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and combine with half of the marinade in a medium bowl. Let the steak marinade for 15 minutes at room temperature and reserve the remaining marinade.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, bell peppers, and red onion. Thread steak cubes onto metal skewers alternating with vegetables until all ingredients are used.
  • Place kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once and basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time. Serve kabobs hot off of the grill.

Notes

  • Be sure to soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour before using, to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  • Serve kabobs with warm grilled or boiled potatoes, rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
  • Make sure to preheat the grill before adding the kabobs. This will help them cook more evenly.
