Ingredients

  • cup Mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of Buttermilk
  • ¼ teaspoon of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 ½ cups of Blue Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Add in the lemon juice and mix until combined. Fold in the crumbles of blue cheese using a spatula or spoon.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or airtight container, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving so that the flavors have time to develop.

  • You can use low fat ingredients such as light mayonnaise and light sour cream to reduce calories and fat in the dip.
  • You can also switch out blue cheese for other types of cheese like feta or gorgonzola.
