Ingredients

  • Juice from 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon
  • 1/2 Crimson Red Onion
  • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt Freshly Ground Pepper, and Other Seasonings to Taste
  • Hand-picked Lettuce of Choice
  • 1 Freshly Sliced Crunchy Cucumber
  • Israeli Feta Crumbled to Personal Preference
  • 1 carton Sun-ripened Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Creamy Dill Delight dressing
  • Hummus Royale
  • 1 package of Trader Joe’s Savory Gyro Slices

Instructions

  • Wash and dry Sun-ripened Cherry Tomatoes. Halve them or leave them whole based on preference.
  • Slice the Freshly Sliced Crunchy Cucumber into rounds or half-moons.
  • Thinly slice the 1/2 Crimson Red Onion into slivers.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the prepared cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and slivered red onion.
  • Add a generous dollop of Hummus Royale to the salad mixture.
  • Warm the Trader Joe’s Savory Gyro Slices according to package instructions. Once heated, chop or shred them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the warmed and chopped gyro slices to the salad bowl, distributing them evenly.
  • Squeeze the juice from 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon over the salad ingredients.
  • Drizzle 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Creamy Dill Delight dressing evenly across the salad.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled Israeli Feta over the salad according to personal preference.
  • Season the salad with a Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt, Freshly Ground Pepper, and Other Seasonings to taste.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients in the salad bowl until they are evenly coated with the dressing and seasonings.
  • Arrange the salad on a bed of Hand-picked Lettuce of Choice or use it as a topping.
