Instructions
Wash and dry Sun-ripened Cherry Tomatoes. Halve them or leave them whole based on preference.
Slice the Freshly Sliced Crunchy Cucumber into rounds or half-moons.
Thinly slice the 1/2 Crimson Red Onion into slivers.
In a large salad bowl, combine the prepared cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and slivered red onion.
Add a generous dollop of Hummus Royale to the salad mixture.
Warm the Trader Joe’s Savory Gyro Slices according to package instructions. Once heated, chop or shred them into bite-sized pieces.
Add the warmed and chopped gyro slices to the salad bowl, distributing them evenly.
Squeeze the juice from 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon over the salad ingredients.
Drizzle 2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Creamy Dill Delight dressing evenly across the salad.
Sprinkle the crumbled Israeli Feta over the salad according to personal preference.
Season the salad with a Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt, Freshly Ground Pepper, and Other Seasonings to taste.
Gently toss all the ingredients in the salad bowl until they are evenly coated with the dressing and seasonings.
Arrange the salad on a bed of Hand-picked Lettuce of Choice or use it as a topping.
Serve the flavorful Trader Joe's Greek Salad immediately as a refreshing meal or a delightful side dish.
Notes
Make sure to wash all of the vegetables before prepping them.
If you don’t have fresh oregano, you can use dried oregano.
You can also add other vegetables to the salad, such as bell peppers or carrots.
If you don’t like feta cheese, you can substitute it with crumbled goat cheese or mozzarella.
You can also add other proteins to the salad, such as cooked chicken or shrimp.
You can use store-bought Greek dressing or make your own.
