  • In a large pot, add the freshly cut corn kernels. Pour in the creamy milk to cover the corn.
  • Place the pot over medium heat and bring the corn and milk mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Once the corn is simmering, add the artisanal unsalted butter to the pot. Stir well to incorporate the butter into the corn mixture.
  • Sprinkle the pristine sea salt and freshly ground pepper into the pot. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preference.
  • Allow the corn to simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the kernels are tender and the flavors have melded.
  • Once the Silver Queen Corn is cooked to perfection, remove the pot from heat.
  • For added flair, consider garnishing with a touch of additional butter or a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
  • Scoop the Silver Queen Corn into serving dishes while still warm. This creamy and flavorful corn dish is a delightful side to any meal.

Notes

  • If you don’t have fresh corn, you can use frozen corn. Just make sure to thaw it before using.
  • Don’t overcook the corn. It should be tender, but still have some bite.
  • If you want to add more flavor, you can add some minced garlic or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • You can also add other vegetables such as bell peppers or mushrooms.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of cream and butter to your preference.
