  • Pour in 1/4 cup of Pure Distilled white vinegar into the oil-herb blend. • Whisk the ingredients vigorously until all components are thoroughly combined and the honey dissolves completely. Ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

  • Once well blended and seasoned to your liking, transfer the Riviera Dressing to a clean, airtight container or dressing bottle.
  • Allow the dressing to chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before use. This time will allow the flavors to meld together, enhancing the overall taste of the dressing.

Notes

  • Use a high-quality extra-virgin olive oil for the best flavor.
  • Make sure to taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as desired.
  • You can use a blender or food processor to mix the ingredients together if desired.
  • You can use other herbs or spices in place of oregano, such as basil or thyme.
  • The dressing will last for up to one week in the refrigerator.
