Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Fresh Sour Mix
  • ½ oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
  • Rosemary Sprigs For Garnish
  • 1 ½ oz Absolut Berri Acai Vodka
  • ¾ oz Cranberry Juice
  • ¾ oz Pomegranate Syrup
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Start by filling up a shaker with ice cubes. Pour 1 ½ ounce of Absolut Berri Acai Vodka, ¾ ounce Fresh Sour Mix, ½ ounce Cointreau Orange Liqueur and ¾ ounces Cranberry juice into the shaker.
  • Now add in about ¾ ounce of Pomegranate Syrup. Securely close the shaker and gently shake it for a few seconds to mix the ingredients evenly.
  • Take a martini glass and wet its rim with water or some lime juice, followed by rolling it in coarse sugar, preferably raw sugar.
  • Now strain the drink into the martini glass. Garnish it with a few rosemary sprigs and serve chilled.

Notes

• You can use low sugar sour mix or sugar-free sweetener to reduce the amount of carbs in this drink.
• Use quality vodka as it makes all the difference in taste.
• If you don’t like the bitter flavor of cranberry juice, you can use pomegranate juice instead and increase the amount of Pomegranate Syrup to balance out the sweetness.
• You can also add a few drops of lime or lemon juice for a tangy taste.
