Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Calabrian Chili Rub
  • 2 lbs. Brussel Sprouts
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup honey

  • Drizzle olive oil over the brussel sprouts and season with Calabrian chili rub. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts are lightly golden and crispy on the edges.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Add butter and let it melt, then add in halved brussel sprouts.
  • Season with salt, sugar, and sea salt and sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low and add honey. Stir until the brussels sprouts are evenly coated in the honey mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
