Ingredients

  • 1 standard-sized bag of coleslaw mix with cabbage, carrots, and onions
  • 2/3 cup cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions

  • Start by draining the bag of coleslaw mix and placing it in a large bowl.
  •  In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, milk, and vinegar. Whisk together until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  •  Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and stir everything together until the coleslaw is evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Once your Long john silver’s coleslaw is chilled, it’s ready to enjoy! Serve with fish, burgers, or as a side.
