  • 2 gallons Water
  • 2 quarts Chicken stock low sodium
  • 1 Beer
  • 3 tsp Lobster base
  • ¼ cup Juicy crab seasoning boiling liquid
  • 2 lbs Smoked beef sausage
  • 4 Lobster tails cut in half
  • 3.5 lbs Snow crab legs
  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 ears Corn
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Head of garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Orange
  • Hot AP Seasoning
  • 2 Onions
  • Fresh thyme
  • 2 lbs Large shrimp
  • 6 tsp Red pepper flakes

Ingredients For Sauce

  • 4 sticks Butter
  • 6 tsp Minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp Juicy crab seasoning
  • 6 tsp Lemon juice
  • 6 tsp Red pepper flakes ​​​​​​

Instructions

  • Gather and prepare all of the ingredients needed. Peel and devein the shrimp, cut the potatoes into quarters, slice the sausage into ½ inch pieces, halve the lemons and oranges, and mince the garlic.
  • In a large pot, combine water, chicken stock, beer, lobster base, Juicy Crab seasoning, smoked beef sausage, lobster tails, snow crab legs, potatoes, corn, bay leaves, and garlic. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • To make the sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add in the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute before adding the Juicy Crab seasoning, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 2 minutes before removing from heat.
  • After 30 minutes of simmering, add in the shrimp, lemon and orange halves, onion, thyme, and hot AP seasoning to the pot. Simmer for 10 more minutes until all ingredients have cooked through.
  • Transfer the boil to a large bowl and top with the prepared sauce. Serve with lemon slices and your favorite sides.
