Ingredients

  • 1 packet of hamburger buns
  • 6 tsp melted butter
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 tbsp Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup jerk sauce
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 2 cups pulled chicken

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Brush the hamburger buns with melted butter and bake them for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onion, bell pepper, and shredded cheese for 5 minutes.
  • Add the jerk sauce and cooked pulled chicken to the skillet, stirring until everything is well-combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Remove the hamburger buns from the oven and place them onto a serving plate. Divide the jerk chicken mixture into 8 equal parts and spoon onto each bun.
  • Garnish with any desired toppings and serve immediately.
