Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • cup fruit wine
  • ²/8 cups white rum
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients & measure.
  • Mix condensed milk, fruit wine, white rum, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • Whip cream until soft peaks form; fold in mixture & raisins.
  • Pour into an airtight container; freeze for 8 hours.
  • Thaw for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Make sure to use good-quality white rum. Lower quality rums can have an unpleasant aftertaste and they won’t give the ice cream the same flavor as a higher quality one.
