Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Chilean sea bass
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper according to taste

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Take a baking dish and line it with aluminum foil paper.
  • Now, take the Chilean sea bass fillets and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together chicken broth, minced garlic, white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour this mixture over the fish fillets in the baking dish.
  • Top each fillet with a pat of butter.
  • Now, seal the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 4 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked through.
  • Once done, take the dish out of the oven and keep it in the room temperature for a few minutes to let it cool.
  • Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the fish before serving.
  • Serve hot with your choice of side dishes like rice, vegetables, or salad.
