6tablespoonsof Aromatic Garlicminced to perfection
2teaspoonsof Sea Saltthe elemental touch
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated onions, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, eggs, ground sirloin, ketchup, black pepper, minced garlic, and salt.
Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Ensure that the mixture is well-combined.
Take portions of the mixture and shape them into meatballs. The size is up to your preference but aim for consistency.
Arrange the shaped meatballs on a baking sheet. Leave a bit of space between each meatball.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
To ensure the meatballs are cooked through, cut one open to make sure there are no pink areas in the center.
If you desire a crispier exterior, you can broil the meatballs for a few minutes at the end of the baking time. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven. Serve them hot.
Garnish with additional chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Enjoy Giada De Laurentiis' flavorful meatballs as a delicious addition to pasta, sandwiches, or as a standalone dish.
