  • 4 tsp pure vanilla essence
  • 1.5 kg Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup clear corn syrup
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add meringue powder and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well.
  • Slowly add powdered sugar while mixing until smooth.
  • In a small saucepan, boil clear corn syrup and water together.
