Ingredients

  • 1200 grams Napoletana Sauce
  • 1 ½ cup Italian Sausage
  • 750 grams Spaghetti Pasta
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 ½ cup Pepperoni
  • 300 grams Ground Beef
  • ¾ cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • cup Beef Bacon
  • 270 grams Cream Cheese
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 ¼ cup Fresh Milk
  • Salt And black Pepper To Taste
  • 4 ½ cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large pot, bring some water to a boil and add in the spaghetti pasta. Cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente and set aside.
  • In another large pot over medium-high heat, melt the butter and add garlic and onion. Saute for about 2 minutes, then add the Italian sausage, ground beef, and pepperoni. Cook until the meats are cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Add in the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the Napoletana sauce, cream cheese, and fresh milk to the pot. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir to taste the parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray and add the cooked spaghetti pasta. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and spread it evenly. Top with beef bacon, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

• To make the sauce even creamier, add more whipping cream.
• For an extra kick of flavor, you can also add in some red pepper flakes and oregano.
• Use freshly grated parmesan cheese for maximum flavor.
• If you want a thicker sauce, mix one tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of cold water and stir into the sauce.
