Ingredients

  • ½ cup Fresh Mint
  • ½ lb. Chopped Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the mint, cucumber, lime juice, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add 1 cup of water. Stir to combine.
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps or pieces of cucumber or mint. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the cava cucumber mint lime mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish with additional cucumber slices or mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

• If you don’t have fresh mint, you can use dried mint instead. Just make sure to reduce the amount you use.
• Use freshly squeezed lime juice for a more intense flavor.
• If you want your cava cucumber mint lime to be less sweet, reduce the amount of sugar or omit it altogether.
