Ingredients

  • 4 large -sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Cooking spray for greasing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Buffalo-style hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges and place them in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine the parsley, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil and hot pepper sauce. Mix well until the ingredients are well incorporated and a uniform mixture is formed.
  • Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread out the potato wedges on it. Pour the mixture over them and use your hands to coat each wedge evenly with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle onion powder over the wedges and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip or condiment.

  • To add an extra layer of flavor to the wedges, try adding other herbs and spices such as oregano, thyme, etc.
