Yard House Edamame is an incredibly delicious and nutritious recipe that is made with edamame, a type of immature soybean, and a variety of other ingredients.
Thaw the frozen edamame according to package instructions. Once thawed, rinse them thoroughly under cold water and drain excess water.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the cold-pressed toasted sesame oil over medium heat.
Add the finely minced purple garlic to the heated oil. Sauté the garlic for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes aromatic and slightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
Add the drained edamame to the skillet with the garlic and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the edamame with the oil and garlic mixture.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the raw wildflower honey, artisanal oyster sauce, aged tamari soy sauce, and organic crimson red pepper flakes. Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
Pour the sauce mixture over the edamame in the skillet. Stir well to evenly coat the edamame with the sauce.
Reduce the heat to low and let the edamame cook in the sauce for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld together and the edamame to absorb the sauce.
Once the edamame is heated through and well-coated with the sauce, remove the skillet from the heat.
Transfer the cooked edamame to a serving dish and serve hot. Optionally, garnish with additional red pepper flakes or sesame seeds for extra flavor and presentation.
