Ingredients

  • 1 pound Wagyu ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons diced sweet onion
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • cup milk
  • ½ cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon table salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, Parmesan cheese, milk, bread crumbs, garlic cloves, soy sauce, thyme leaves, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Using your hands or a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients together until fully combined and a meatball is formed.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch-sized balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
