  • 5 tsp vegetable oil for cooking
  • 3 Spot Fish fillets
  • Sea salt
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized dish, create a flavorful blend of ground pepper and sea salt. For each Spot Fish fillet, coat it evenly with the prepared seasoning mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together cornstarch. Once each fillet has been covered with the spice mixture, dip in the cornstarch to coat.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place each coated fish fillet into the hot pan and cook for four minutes on each side or until cooked through. Once the fish is cooked, turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
