Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. chicken thighs
  • 1 ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 ½ tbsp cumin
  • 2 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ½ tbsp coriander
  • ¼ cup oil

Instructions

  • Start by marinating your chicken thighs in salt. Make sure to cover the entire surface of the chicken with the salt evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, balsamic vinegar, and coriander until they are well combined.
  • Now, coat the chicken thighs with the spice mixture completely. Make sure to cover every inch of the chicken with it.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and place the marinated chicken in it over medium-high heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally until the chicken is cooked through. This should take about 20 minutes in total.
  • Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!

• Use an oven-safe skillet if you want to cook the chicken in the oven.
• Don’t overcook the chicken as it can dry out quickly and become tough.
