Red Lobster Lobster Punch is a fruity and refreshing blend of juices and spiced Rum, topped with lime juice and Coconut Rum Malibu. The cocktail was created by the corporate bartender at the popular American seafood restaurant chain, Red Lobster Hospitality LLC. It’s a popular drink among many of the restaurant chain’s fans and patrons.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Spiced Rum Captain Morgan
  • 1 1/2 oz Dole Pineapple Juice
  • Pineapple Wedge For Garnish
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum Malibu
  • 1 oz Bacardi Silber Rum
  • 1 oz Master of Mixes Strawberry Margarita Mix
  • 1 1/2 oz Pomona Organic Blackberry Juice
  • Fresh Blackberry For garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add the ingredients – spiced rum, pineapple juice, coconut rum, Bacardi Silber Rum and Master of Mixes Strawberry Margarita mix.
  • Shake vigorously until cold.
  • Strain into glasses filled with ice.
  • Top with lime juice and Malibu Coconut Rum.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh blackberry.

• To make the cocktail more sophisticated, you can use coconut water instead of pineapple juice
• For an extra flavor kick, consider adding a splash of grenadine or muddled fruits like strawberries, mangoes, or kiwis.
• If you prefer a sweeter drink, use more of the Master of Mixes Strawberry Margarita mix.
