Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
  • 1.5 lb. pho noodles or fresh rice noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp. Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 pc. carrot, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. bean sprouts
  • 4 Tbsp. Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 pc. onion, chopped

Instructions

  • Begin by loosening up the noodles and pan-frying them in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil until they are cooked through. Set aside when finished.
  • Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry Lee Kum Kee's minced garlic, onions, and carrots until they are halfway done. Add the beef and continue to cook until done.
  • Mix in the sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and vegetable oil. Then add the noodles and bean sprouts then quickly stir-fry with the other ingredients.
  • Your pho ap chao is now ready to serve.

Notes

  • Make sure to slice the beef thinly for quicker cooking time.
  • If you don’t have pho noodles, you can use fresh rice noodles.
  • You can adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to your preference.
  • If you like it spicier, add some chili flakes or hot sauce.
