Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 electric blender
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 measuring spoon
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 glass jar or bottle

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 3 Handfuls Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ¼ Cup Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  • Peel and mince the garlic cloves. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic cloves with olive oil.
  • Chop up the parsley and add it to the bowl. Add in the lemon pepper, black pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and Old Bay seasoning; mix everything together until it is thoroughly combined.
  • Cover the bowl and let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to an hour, so the flavors can meld together. When ready to serve, spoon the sauce into a small bowl or container.

Notes

• If you don’t have any fresh parsley on hand, you can substitute dried parsley flakes instead.
• To make the sauce spicier, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
• Substitute olive oil with canola oil if desired.
• Make sure to use high-quality olive oil for optimal flavor.
