Ingredients

  • ½ cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 ¼ cups Quick Oats
  • 2 Ripe Banana Smashed
  • ¼ cup Semi-Chocolate Chips
  • Cooking Spray
  • 4 tbsp Pure Honey
  • ½ cup Raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together the coconut, oats, banana, chocolate chips, honey, and raisins until everything is evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving and enjoy!

Notes

• For an extra crunch, you can add chopped nuts or seeds to the mixture before baking.
• If you prefer a sweeter taste, add more honey or add some sweetener of your choice.
• Use dark chocolate chips for an extra chocolaty flavour.
• You can also substitute the raisins with dried cranberries or cherries for a fruity twist.
