Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Viniteau Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Light Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Billy Bee Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Caynnee Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp French’s, Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the olive oil and mix well.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking the ingredients together until everything is combined into a smooth, creamy dressing.
  • Taste the dressing to determine if you would like to add additional seasonings or adjust the acidity. Place the dressing in an airtight container and store it in your refrigerator for up to one week.

• If you’re looking for a tangier dressing, add more vinegar; if you prefer it sweeter add more honey.
