- 1 cup 240 ml / 8 fl oz coffee
- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup 245 g / 8 oz yogurt
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml / 2 fl oz milk
- 6 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a blender, add the freshly brewed coffee, cacao powder, maple syrup, yogurt, milk, and milk powder.
Blend until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness according to preference.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- To make a vegan version of this smoothie, use coconut milk or almond milk instead of cow’s milk.
- If you want your smoothie to be extra creamy, you can add in some avocado or banana.
- If you don’t have any maple syrup on hand, you can use honey or agave syrup as a substitute.
- To make it even more special, add some fresh fruit such as pineapple, mango, or banana.
