- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
Begin by bringing 1/4 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Once boiling, add the sugar and honey and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
Slowly whisk in the milk until all ingredients are fully combined.
Carefully pour the mixture into an enema bag, or alternatively use a large syringe with a long tube.
Lie on your back and slowly insert the enema tip into your rectum.
Gently squeeze the bag to release the solution. This may cause a slight burning sensation at first, but it should subside after a few minutes.
Allow your body to absorb the enema for 10-15 minutes, then remove the tube and expel any remaining solution into a toilet or other suitable container.
- Before administering the enema, make sure to test the temperature of the solution to ensure it’s not too hot.
- For a milder taste, you can add more water to dilute the mixture further or reduce the amount of sugar and honey used.
- To avoid any potential messes or spills, be sure to use an enema bag with an adjustable nozzle.
- Once you’re finished, make sure to dispose of the solution properly and thoroughly clean all supplies.
