Ingredients

  • 1 can Cocktail peanuts 12 ounces
  • 2 cups Margarine or butter
  • 1 package Milk chocolate chips 11 1/2 ounces
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 package Powdered sugar 2 lb
  • 1 tbsp Maple flavoring
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix 3 ounces
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 package of Semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 ounces

Instructions

  • Step 1: Heat butter, evaporated milk, and chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Step 2: Stir in peanut butter and maple flavoring. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3: In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and pudding mix. Add the cooled chocolate mixture and stir until blended. Gently fold in the cocktail peanuts.
  • Step 4: Place mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with semi-sweet chocolate chips and let cool for 2 hours before cutting into bars.
