Ingredients

  • 2 eggs Large
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F / 177°C. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, brown sugar, butterscotch chips, baking soda, flour, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
  • Sprinkle the marshmallows, salt, condensed milk, and chocolate chips over the batter in an even layer.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling on the edges. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • If you prefer a crunchier texture, bake the Mallowmelt for a few extra minutes.
  • You can use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips if preferred.
  • For a more intense butterscotch flavor, add an extra 1/4 cup of butterscotch chips.
  • For a richer taste, you can also add ¼ cup of chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts.
