Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 6 oz salami sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat the skillet and cook the salami until lightly browned.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing sugar, oil, Parmesan cheese, white wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Assemble the salad with romaine lettuce, salami, mushrooms, blue cheese, olives, and grape tomatoes. Pour the dressing over and toss.
