Equipment

  • Medium bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • tsp Black Pepper Freshly Cracked
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, honey, white balsamic vinegar, sea salt, minced garlic, Dijon mustard and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to create an emulsion. Add in the onion powder and Italian seasoning and whisk together until combined.
  • Season with black pepper to taste, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

  • If you’re not a fan of Parmesan cheese, feel free to leave it out or substitute it with your favorite cheese such as feta or goat cheese!
  • For a thinner vinaigrette, add an extra tablespoon or two of white balsamic vinegar.
  • If you don’t have Italian seasoning, substitute with equal amounts dried oregano and basil leaves.
