Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Nature's Charm brand coconut evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons of fine granulated cane sugar adjust according to taste
  • 2/3 cup of authentic Italian Limoncello

Instructions

  • n a mixing bowl, combine the coconut evaporated milk, Limoncello, and granulated cane sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Take a moment to taste the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a bit more sugar, adjusting it to your liking. Remember that freezing can dull the sweetness slightly, so it's okay if it tastes a touch sweeter than you'd prefer when in liquid form.
  • Carefully pour the prepared mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a small gap at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as the popsicles freeze.
  • Place the sticks or popsicle handles into each mold. If your molds come with lids or covers, securely attach them to keep the sticks in place.
  • Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely, which usually takes around 4-6 hours, but it's best to leave them overnight for optimal results.
  • Once fully frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds. You can run the molds briefly under warm water to help release the popsicles easily. Serve your delicious Limoncello Popsicles immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
  • Adjust the amount of limoncello to taste.
  • Make sure the popsicles are completely frozen before removing from molds.
  • To make different colors and flavors, add a few drops of food coloring or a few tablespoons of a different flavored liqueur.
