Ingredients

  • 1 Instant Ramen Noodle Pack
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
  • 1 Cup Boiling Water

Instructions

  • Take a pot and fill it with boiling water.
  • Add in the ramen noodles and let them cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Strain the noodles out of the pot, making sure to reserve 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork until it is foamy.
  • Add the butter and garlic powder to the pot with the reserved cooking liquid, and stir together until melted.
  • Add in the beaten egg and Ramen noodles, stirring until everything is combined.
  • Spoon the ramen into individual bowls and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.

Notes

- If you're not a fan of the egg flavor, you can omit it from the recipe and replace it with extra butter.
