Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Thoroughly dry the chicken wings with a paper towel and place them in a bowl.
Toss the wings with baking powder, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until everything is evenly mixed.
Spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes, flipping them once halfway through.
Switch to broil mode and cook for an additional 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, you can add different herbs and spices to the chicken wings.
Make sure to pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel before tossing them in the spices - this will help ensure they get evenly coated.
If you don't have parchment paper, aluminum foil works just as well.
Broiling is key for getting the wings to become nice and crispy.
