- 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tsp Mustard
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 teaspoons of mustard. Sprinkle in a pinch each of salt and pepper.
Stir until all the ingredients come together, then add in 3 teaspoons of lemon juice to balance out the flavors. The sauce should have a creamy consistency when it’s finished.
Taste the sauce and adjust any of the ingredients as needed to get your desired flavor profile.
