Ingredients

  • 8 - 12 chicken breasts
  • 8 - 12 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 - 2 bay leaves
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 bottles of fat-free zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 pieces of shredded carrots
  • 4 - 6 dashes of liquid smoke flavoring
  • 16 oz mushrooms

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet, and add oil.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
  • Cook chicken 6-7 mins each side, ensuring it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest chicken.
  • Sauté onions, garlic, and bay leaves until onions are translucent.
  • Add carrots and mushrooms; cook 2-3 mins.
  • Pour in Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. Simmer 5-7 mins.
  • Slice chicken, return to skillet; heat through.
  • Serve over your preferred grain.
