Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Serving Plate etc

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil cold-pressed for a robust flavor
  • 2 Bags of Dujardin Organic Cauliflower Rice carefully chosen for their premium quality
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to elevate and balance the taste to your liking

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat.
  • Once the olive oil is heated, add the contents of 2 bags of Dujardin Organic Cauliflower Rice to the skillet. Ensure even distribution in the pan.
  • Stir the cauliflower rice continuously to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower rice is tender but not mushy.
  • Season the cauliflower rice with salt and freshly ground black pepper to elevate and balance the taste according to your liking. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
  • Continue to cook the cauliflower rice for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the rice to absorb the seasonings.
  • Taste a small portion and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add more salt or pepper as desired.
  • Once the cauliflower rice is cooked to your satisfaction and well-seasoned, remove it from the heat.
  • If desired, garnish the cauliflower rice with fresh herbs such as parsley or chives for added flavor and presentation.
  • Serve the Costco Cauliflower Rice warm as a delicious and healthy side dish. It pairs well with a variety of main courses and can be a great alternative to traditional rice.

Notes

  • Make sure to break the cauliflower into small florets before grating, as this will help the cauliflower cook faster and more evenly.
  • If you don’t have a grater or food processor, you can also use a blender to grate the cauliflower.
  • Feel free to experiment with different seasonings and herbs to customize the dish to your taste.
  • For a heartier dish, you can also add cooked chicken or shrimp.
  • If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
