Ingredients

  • 2 ½ tbsp. Herbalife Nutrition Protein Bake Mix
  • 2 tbsp. oat flour
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 ½ tbsp. Herbalife Formula 1
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 pc. egg
  • 2 pc. egg whites
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • Salt 

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle maker to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Protein Bake Mix, oat flour, cinnamon, Formula 1, and nutmeg until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and egg whites until creamy. Then slowly add in almond milk while whisking.
  • Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Grease your waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray or butter, then pour in the batter to fill it up halfway. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve your waffles warm with your favorite topping.

• You can use any type of milk you prefer, such as coconut or soy milk.
• If you don’t have Formula 1, you can omit it from the recipe or replace it with the protein powder of your choice.
• If you don’t have oat flour, you can also use whole wheat or all-purpose flour.
• Top your waffles with yogurt, nut butter, fresh fruit, honey, or maple syrup for a delicious and nutritious snack!
