Ingredients

  • ¼ cup /2 scoops Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix
  • Almond Flour 1/2 Cup
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup /2 scoops Herbalife Healthy Meal Formula
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract essence
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Toppings

  • Mini choco chips
  • 2 tablespoons of Herbalife vanilla PDM
  • Cake sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, Herbalife vanilla protein drink mix and baking soda until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together almond milk, Healthy Meal Formula, eggs, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Add mini chocolate chips into the batter and stir gently. Place batter into greased donut pan evenly, filling each cavity almost completely full.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Remove donuts from oven and let cool before adding topping.
