Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix
  • 2 scoops Herbalife Nutritional Shake
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut spread
  • 2 large eggs
  • Dash cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Protein Drink Mix and Herbalife Nutritional Shake. Gradually add water to the mixture until you get a smooth paste-like consistency.
  • Add in the peanut spread, eggs, and cinnamon; whisk until everything is well blended together. Heat up a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
  • Pour the pancake batter into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite toppings such as syrup, honey, or fruits, and enjoy!
