Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1
  • ½ cup dry roasted oats
  • 2 scoops of cookies
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cornflakes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 spoon peanut butter
  • Dry fruits mix
  • 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chocolate pudding
  • ½ cup of fat-free cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Start by adding all the dry ingredients in a blender, including 2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1, ½ cup of rolled oats, 2 scoops of cookies, ½ cup cornflakes, and a few tablespoons of peanut butter.
  • Add one banana for sweetness and some other dry fruit mix for additional flavor. Add honey for additional sweetness, 1 scoop of a vanilla protein powder and 3 to 4 ice cubes.
  • Blend everything until it’s nice and smooth. Top off the shake with one teaspoon of chocolate pudding and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, plus a few tablespoons of fat-free cottage cheese. Finish with a dash of vanilla extract. Pour into a glass.

Notes

  • For an extra creamy shake, use almond or coconut milk instead of regular cow’s milk.
  • You can also add other protein powders like whey or casein for an additional protein kick.
  • Add some honey to make it sweeter if you want.
  • If you’re looking for a thicker shake, add more ice cubes to make it really thick and creamy.
