Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 4 tbsp non-fat milk 
  • 1 Cooking spray
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Honey
  • Chocolate sauce
  • 1 Large egg

Instructions

  • Start by spraying a large mug with cooking spray and set it aside. In a small bowl, mix together the protein powder, milk, cinnamon powder, and honey until you form a paste.
  • Pour the mixture into the mug and spread it out evenly with a spoon or fork. Whisk together the egg in a separate bowl, then pour it into the mug.
  • Add some chocolate sauce and swirl it around with a spoon until everything is evenly combined.
  • Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 1 minute 10 seconds. Remove from the microwave, and top with more chocolate sauce.
