Equipment

Ingredients

  • Ground oatmeal 3 tbsp
  • Egg whites 3
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Almond Milk ½ cup
  • Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream 2 tbsp
  • Herbalife Protein mix 3 tbsp
  • Banana 2 piece
  • Honey/maple syrup 1 tbsp
  • Strawberries 6 piece

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground oatmeal, egg whites, vanilla, almond milk, and Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream until smooth.
  • Add in Herbalife Protein mix and sliced banana pieces; stir to combine.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add a ladle of the batter to the center of the pan and tilt it in a circular motion until it covers all of the bottom.
  • Cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook for an additional minute on the other side.
  • Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Top each crepe with sliced strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and a sprinkle of Herbalife Protein mix, if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a non-stick skillet or pan so the crepes don’t stick.
  • You can use any type of milk you like; almond, oat, and soy milk all work well.
  • If you’re not using Herbalife Protein mix, feel free to replace it with your favorite protein powder.
  • For extra sweetness, add a few drops of liquid stevia to the batter.
  • You can use any type of fruit as a topping, but strawberries are especially delicious!
