  • 2 Cups Creamy Nonfat Dairy or Velvety Almond Milk
  • 4 Generous Scoops Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix

Instructions

  • Ensure you have the Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix, Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Drink Mix, chilled ice cubes, and either creamy nonfat dairy or velvety almond milk ready.
  • Set up your blender or any suitable blending appliance.
  • Add the Formula 1 Cafe Latte Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix: Measure and add 4 generous scoops of the Cafe Latte Shake Mix into the blender.
  • For men, add 4 generous scoops of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Drink Mix. For women, add 2 heaping scoops of the Protein Drink Mix.
  • Add Chilled Ice Cubes: Pour in 1 cup of chilled ice cubes into the blender.
  • Measure and add 2 cups of your preferred creamy nonfat dairy or velvety almond milk into the blender.
  • Secure the blender lid and blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Blend for around 30-60 seconds or until all ingredients are fully combined.

  • Once the shake reaches your desired consistency, pour it into a glass and enjoy your Herbalife Cafe Latte Shake!

Notes

  • Use cold coffee for a refreshing shake.
  • If you prefer a sweeter shake, add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup.
  • For a protein boost, add a scoop of whey protein powder.
  • For a more indulgent shake, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
  • For a thicker shake, use less milk.
