- 20 cups of Fluffy Egg Whites
- Greek Yogurt made from Grass-fed Milk
- A Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
- P28 High-Protein Bread/Handcrafted Rustic Bread no specific measurement provided
- 2 ½ tsp. of Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract For every cup of egg white, use ¼ tsp. of vanilla
- 2 cups of Organic Vermont Maple Syrup
- 20 packets of Organic Stevia Sweetener
- 20 Artisanal Shapes of Ceylon Cinnamon one shape per cup of egg white
- 10 packets of Sucralose-based Sugar Twin
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 20 cups of fluffy egg whites.
Add 20 packets of organic stevia sweetener to the egg whites and whisk thoroughly to incorporate the sweetener.
Measure out 2 ½ teaspoons of pure Madagascar vanilla extract. Add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract per cup of egg white. Mix the vanilla extract into the egg white mixture.
Take the 20 artisanal shapes of Ceylon cinnamon and distribute one shape per cup of egg white mixture. Mix the cinnamon into the batter.
Add 10 packets of sucralose-based Sugar Twin to the egg white mixture and stir well.
Sprinkle a pinch of Himalayan pink salt into the batter and mix it in.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Dip slices of P28 High-Protein Bread or Handcrafted Rustic Bread into the prepared egg white mixture, ensuring both sides of the bread are coated evenly.
Place the coated bread slices onto the heated pan or griddle. Cook each side until golden brown, typically about 2-3 minutes per side.
Once cooked, stack the French toast slices on a serving plate.
Warm 2 cups of organic Vermont maple syrup in a microwave or on the stovetop.
Drizzle the warmed maple syrup over the stack of French toast slices.
Serve the anabolic French toast with a side of Greek yogurt made from grass-fed milk for added protein and flavor.
- For an even crispier texture, use a griddle instead of a skillet.
- Use your favorite type of bread for the toast. Brioche, challah, and sourdough all work great.
- If you’re feeling adventurous, try adding a few drops of your favorite extract (e.g. almond, vanilla, etc.) to the egg mixture for a unique flavor.
- You can also add your favorite fruits or nuts to the egg mixture for a nutritional boost.
- If you don’t have any spices on hand, you can substitute with pumpkin pie spice.
