  • 6 pounds of Imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cups green chopped onion

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing all the ingredients for your Golden Corral crab salad. Chop 2 cups of celery, 1 cup of green bell pepper, and 2 cups of green onion into small pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of heavy mayonnaise with 1 cup of ranch salad dressing. Mix until well combined. Once the dressing is ready, add in the chopped vegetables and mix until they are evenly coated. The mayonnaise and ranch dressing will provide a creamy base for the salad while the crunchy vegetables add texture and flavor. Finally, gently fold 6 pounds of imitation crab meat into the mixture.
