- 1 lemon
- 3 cups water
- 4 tbsp honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp finely grated ginger root
Begin by pouring water into a pot. Heat it up on a medium-high flame until it comes to a boil.
Once the boiling water is ready, stir in the honey, ground cinnamon, and grated ginger root. Simmer for 10 minutes and let all the flavors blend together.
Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into the simmering tea.
