Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Ground beef 
  • Lemon
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn flavor god
  • 1 White onion
  • 1 tsp chipotle flavor god
  • 1 tsp taco Tuesday flavor god
  • ¼ Ground cumin for the smell 
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Avocado oil

Ingredients for taco batter

  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Mexican four-cheese shredded mix
  • ½ tsp chipotle flavor god
  • ½ tsp taco Tuesday seasoning

Ingredients For garnish

  • Chunky guacamole with avocado
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped Lettuce 

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add in ground beef and cook until browned about 8-10 minutes.
  • Chop red onion and jalapeno and add to the beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in crushed red pepper, Himalayan salt, pink peppercorn flavor god, white onion, chipotle flavor god, taco Tuesday flavor god, and ground cumin. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add in Worcestershire sauce and avocado oil and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes then remove from heat.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and olive oil until combined.
  • In another medium bowl, mix together Mexican four-cheese shredded mix, chunky guacamole with avocado, sour cream, and chopped tomatoes.
  • To assemble the tacos, heat taco shells according to package instructions.
  • Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture then top with cheese mix, guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and lettuce.
  • Serve the tacos with your favorite toppings such as salsa, lime wedges, and extra cilantro.

Notes

 
- If you like your tacos spicier, feel free to add more crushed red pepper, jalapeno, or chipotle flavor, god.
- To make the taco shells extra crispy, try brushing them with olive oil before heating them up.
- For a vegan version of this dish, simply omit the ground beef and use a plant-based protein alternative such as crumbled tofu or tempeh.
- For extra flavor, try adding in cilantro, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, black beans, corn, or chopped olives.
- If you don’t have taco shells on hand, you can also use soft tortillas instead.
